Man in jailed after singing, 'I ain't going back to jail'

An accused obscenity shouting man who sang "I ain't going back to jail," found himself behind bars after being arrested by Port St. Lucie police.

Police encountered Kirk John Tinney, 35, around 10:45 p.m. November 2 after going to the 2000 block of Southeast Avon Park Drive in Port St. Lucie for a peeping tom report.

Tinney was in the middle of the street yelling, "(Sexual intercourse) the police," and "(Sexual intercourse) those crackers," along with a racial slur and "many other offensive words," a recently released arrest affidavit states.

Police watched Tinney walk up to a vehicle's passenger side and fall off a curb. He looked back at the officers, slurring, "(Sexual intercourse) those crackers."

"The defendant was so loud that the neighbors lights came on in their homes," the affidavit states.
