Nigeria Has The Best Electricity Tariffs — NERC
The Chairman of Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Sam Amadi, has said that the electricity feeding tariff in Nigeria is the best anywhere in the world.
Amadi, who said this, yesterday, in Katsina at the flag-off of solar power plant, maintained that Nigeria had developed a robust regulatory framework second to Germany.
The NERC Chairman who spoke through a commissioner in the commission, Alhaji Abba Ibrahim, assured Katsina state government of necessary assistance in the area of power generation.
He reaffirmed the support of the commission to the Nigeria-German energy partnership and lauded Katsina state government for joining the list of states determined to ensure sustainable power supply in their area of jurisdiction.
