Oyo State command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence
Corps (NSCDC) has arrested a 20-year-old man with smart phones worth N1
million after he allegedly burgled a shop in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Commandant, Mr. Clement Adesuyi, speaking with newsmen on Friday in Ibadan, said the man was nabbed at Iwo Road in possession of smart phones worth N1 million.
He said the suspect pleaded guilty to the offence of burglary, adding that he would be arraigned in court immediately investigations were concluded.
According to him, other items confiscated from him are two M-TAB iPhones, one Tablet ipad-3 PC, two mobile theatres, one Sanel ipad and a cutting machine.
Adesuyi commended the NSCDC officers in the Ibadan North Division for making the arrests.
