Twenty-one-year-old Sulaimon Lateef was on Thursday arraigned for sleeping with two female inmates at the Rehabilitation and Training Centre (for mentally infirm persons) in Owutu, Ikorodu, Lagos.

Upon an application for bail by his counsel, Ayo Odekunle, the presiding magistrate, Mrs. Jadesola Adeyemi, granted the accused bail in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum

The court should just allow him to start living inside the premises since it is obvious he is also mentally incapacitated
