NAPTIP rescues 13 Libyan bound victims, arrests trans-border trafficker

Operatives of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and Other Related Matters (NAPTIP), have rescued 13 victims about to be trafficked to Libyan and also arrested a notorious trans-border trafficker, Nurudeen Sani, based in Kano State.
