A 28-year-old Oyesanwo Sola has been
arrested for inserting his finger into the private part of a 15-year-old girl
at the PowerLine Itamaga area of Ikorodu, Lagos State.
The Lagos State Police Public Relations
Officer (PPRO), Bala Elkana, while speaking on the matter said that on March
13, Policemen from Ikorodu Police Station arrested Sola after a woman
complained that her 15-year-old daughter was sexually violated by him.
Elkana noted: “The incident happened in
the suspect’s shop along Ota Ona Itamaga
road. The suspect is alleged to have inserted his fingers into the vagina of
the victim. The survivor was taken to hospital for medical treatment and forensic
examination. The suspect has been arrested and he has confessed to the crime.”
