Suicide bomber attacks catholic church: eight people confirmed dead

At least eight people have been confirmed dead and many in hospital battling to stay alive, after a suicide bomber attacked a Catholic Church in Malili Kaduna State.

The bomber was said to have packed his car filled  with explosives and attempted to ram into the church while church service was going on.

But the gate of the church aborted the planned attack. The bomb was said to have detonated on impact with the gate of the church, instantly killing the bomber and others.
