UNIPORT killings: Oyedepo blames loss of value system


Chancellor of the Covenant University,  Otta,  Ogun State, owned by Living Faith Church wide world, Bishop David Oyedepo, has attributed cause of the gruesome murder of the four university of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) students in Aluu community, Rivers State,  in the loss of value system in the society.
Addressing a world conference yesterday to herald the 10th founder’s day celebration of the university, Oyedepo who is also the General overseer of the church, described the killing as gruesome and inhuman, adding that insecurity in Nigeria is an issue with many faces.
Addressing journalists at the African leadership development centre of the campus, the chancellor said a whole lot could be blamed on irresponsibility on the part of our leaders who go into the politics to embezzle money at the expense of morality.
