A man who lost his leg in a bike accident took his false leg off before raping schoolgirls has been jailed for 18 years.
Brian
Austin lured the girls to his bedroom in his bungalow in Reading,
Berkshire, where he would remove his prosthetic limb and rape them
before getting dressed and walking away.
The 59-year-old was found guilty of eight sex offences against 14 and 15 year old girls between 1999 and 2006.
One victim was offered thousands of pounds in cash and expensive presents if they pretended to be his wife.
She
told a jury at Reading Crown Court that if she pretended to be his wife
while a friend filmed them through a window she would receive a TV,
laptop, MP3 player, mobile phone and DVD player.
Another victim said: 'I will have to live with what he did to me forever. I'm just glad everybody knows what he is.
'I
didn't think anyone would believe me when I made my initial statement
but I'm glad I did because it made more girls come forward. I hope he
rots in hell.'
Judge Peter
Ross told Austin the 'long-term and extremely damaging' impact of his
actions had had on the girls including their relationships with men.
'Brian Austin, the jury convicted you of a series of sexual offences spanning a period of many years.
