The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr. Ibrahim Idris, has
disclosed that the approval by President Muhammadu Buhari for the
recruitment of additional 6,000 school leavers into the Nigeria Police
Force (NPF) will augment and strengthen the police in the country.
He
said the action would no doubt translate to efficient service delivery
to Nigerians when fully accomplished.
The IGP stated this yesterday at the Police Staff College, Jos,
Plateau State, during the graduation of 44 Chief Superintendents of
Police (CSPs), having completed a three months Tactical Leadership and
command course at both Police Staff College Jos and Staff College, Jaji,
Kaduna State.
