How deaf and dumb uncle violated 11 years old, caused her to die

An 11-year-old girl, identified as Peace Nnaluo, has died from a suspected infection, allegedly transmitted to her by her dead and dumb uncle, identified simply as Peter.

According to members of the Advocates for Children and Vulnerable Persons Network (ACVPN), which is presently fighting for justice for the late Peace, a video has emerged, showing the last moments of the late Peace. The video was believed to have been recorded on 20^th March 2022.

The co-founder of ACVP, Ebenezer m. Omejalile said: “In the video, the late Peace was obviously in severe pain as she described what her uncle used to do to her at the slightest opportunity. The late Peace and her elder sister, age, 16, and her younger sister, lived with their grandmother, whom they all called, ‘Grandma.’ And they live somewhere within the Alimoso Local Government Area. According to Peace, this act started after she caught her dead and dumb uncle on top of her elder sister, molesting her. However, surprisingly, her elder sister told their uncle to do the same to Peace so that she wouldn’t talk.”

 

Omejalile explained that prior to the death of Peace, according to her aunt, Peace’s father noticed that whenever he visited, he observed Peace was always looking moody. The father thought perhaps the child needed money, unaware that his little daughter was being sexually abused.

“Also, the father complained that each time he wanted to take his daughters, his mother would start screaming, to the extent that neighbours would have to intervene by imploring him to leave his daughters with the woman,” said Omejalile.,

Omejalile continued: “According to the late Peace’s aunt, who drew our attention to this case, she told us Peace was very sick for some time while she was still with her grandmother. When the grandmother realised she could no longer handle Peace’s deteriorating condition, she reached out to her, and the aunt eventually took Peace in order to properly take care of her. The aunt also told us that she discovered Peace had been severely sexually abused when she excreted on her body and examination showed she was too wide open for her age.”

The aunt began to gently probe the traumatised child, asking her to open up, and tell who had been sexually violating her. The child eventually told her how her uncle used to molest her. “It was also discovered that the grandmother used to protect the deaf and dumb son.

The child later died at the hospital where she was rushed for medical treatment. She died on 22^nd March 2022.

Omejalile Noted: “Peace’s last moment confession and her elder sister’s videos, would have been shared, but due to its weight band. Peace must get justice. This uncle Peter and his mother must be arrested, and her two siblings must be rescued. PAPHIN NGO, please do everything at your disposal and ensure all culpable are arrested. Forgiveness is a sin.
