The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Solomon Arase has ordered a water
tight security for National Hajj Commission of Nigeria during the airlifting of
pilgrims for this year’s Hajj operation.
The order came during a courtesy call
on IGP in his office by Hajj Commission members led by its Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi
Murktar Mohammed, MON.
The Chairman of the Hajj Commission who was full
of praises for various assistance from the Police on security arrangement for
the Commission, expressed confidence in the Police leadership of the IGP to
deliver adequate security for its Commission and Nigerians at large.
