Nigerian arrested at Kenyan airport with heroin

A Nigerian has been arrested at the Jomo Knyatta International Airport, Kenya, with pellets of narcotics suspected to be heroin in his anus. The suspect, according to an online news medium, had inserted several pellets in his anus before he was intercepted while on transit from Pakistan to Guineu Bissau.

Police said he had emitted 20 pellets of the drugs believed to be heroin by yesterday morning. The man was intercepted and put on observation room when he emitted the pellets.
The value of the narcotics is yet to be known but he would appear in court today when he is expected to have finished emitting all the pellets, said police boss, David Kimaiyo. The incident is the latest in a series of recoveries at the airport. In July, another Nigerian was arrested after he had been carrying several pellets of heroin valued at more than Sh2 million.
The man had arrived at JKIA aboard KQ from Dubai while on transit to Abidjan when he was intercepted by the police. The arrest came days after another Nigerian was arrested while carrying 53 pellets valued at more than Sh4 million.
