The deceased was said to have had a confrontation with the land speculators in his father’s house at the Federal Housing Estate, Phase 6, Surulere, Alagbado area when he met his untimely death.
It was learnt that Oba Olipede and his family members had some years ago been forced out of their house before the court restored ownership of the building to the monarch.
