Bomb maker: Why I wanted to bomb Ogwashi-Uku Prison

Mr Sekemia Fullpower, 26, a bomb maker has revealed that he attempted to bomb Ogwashi-Uku Prison, Delta State because he wanted to rescue his gang-members and brothers.
The suspect said he prepared the Improvised Explosive Device (IED), with dynamite substances and wanted to use to bomb the prison, so that his gang members would escape.
According to Fullpower, he sneaked into the prison yard, around Fulani Camp in Ogwashi-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area of the state with a polythene bag at night and was on the verge of lightening the devices when he was caught.
Fullpower would have succeeded in his quest, but for Sani Ibrahim, 18, residing in the Fulani Camp, who sighted him and raised the alarm, alerting camp dwellers.

The suspect said:  "My people were arrested by the Federal Government and were kept there. I don't know any other means to rescue them than to bomb the prison. I put dynamite substances together in these bottles to go and bomb the prison, so that they could be free. The Federal Government has been oppressing my people. They have no jobs. Communities have been devastated by oil exploration. I made the attempt to free them from their oppressors."

The Delta State Commissioner of Police, Muhammad A. Mustafa, who paraded Fullpower alongside Forgive Isiorho, 25, who defiled a 13-year-old girl, Oghenerukevwe Innocent, and six cultists, yesterday said the polythene bag contained cans of chemicals suspected to be explosives. Mustafa said the cases were all under investigations.
He also explained that Rita Friday, 17, lured the 13-year-old victim to Isiorho’s room, where Isiorho sexually violated her.
