Nigerian robbed four American banks in two months

Police in the United States have arrested a 53-year-old Nigerian, Abdullahi Shuaibu, working for the United Nations (UN), for allegedly robbing four Manhattan banks.
Police said Shuaibu carried out all the robberies during his lunch hour.
The suspect, a 1985 International Relations graduate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, was apprehended on Monday and slammed with a two-count charge of robbery and attempted robbery for the crimes committed during his two-month spree.
All four banks are within walking distance of the UN Headquarters on First Avenue near E. 42nd Street, New York, where Shuaibu works as a journalist for an African news agency.
The suspect was arrested after a retired police officer working at the facility recognised him from a surveillance image previously released by the New York Police Department (NYPD).
On February 27, Shuaibu allegedly walked into a Santander Bank on Madison Avenue near E. 43rd Street and told the teller he had a gun.https://newtelegraphonline.com/metro/nigerian-held-robbing-four-american-banks/
