The police in Borno State on Monday paraded a man, Idris Ali, for allegedly raping his 10-year-old daughter.
The police said Ali committed the offence in the Moduganari area of Maiduguri.
The Commissioner of Police, Adoda Clement, said the suspect had confessed to the crime.
Also paraded was a 22-year-old man, Ahmadu Bello, who allegedly killed one Abdullahi Saidu over N200 he owed the deceased.

The suspect, who hails from Wuyaku village in the Biu Local Government Area of the state, was said to have committed the offence in 2010 and fled to an unknown destination.
“The suspect was later arrested in August 31, 2014, and admitted to the offence. He said his sordid act was over a debt of N200 he owed the deceased,” the commissioner said.
The commissioner also said one Abdulraman Iliyasu was arrested for allegedly killing an immigration officer.
The police boss said the 24-year old man, with another suspect still at large, was hired as a decorator by the deceased officer, Stephen Bassi, before he was murdered.
“The duo buried him within the compound premises before fleeing. After extensive and painstaking investigation and intelligence, he was eventually arrested in Kano,” the CP said.
