The Nigerian Air Force on Wednesday said
Muhammed Shuaibu suffered in the hands of four of its officers because
he broke the rule.
Shuaibu, a Protocol Officer of the
Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, was tortured by some officers of
the air force at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, on
Sunday.
But the Command Public Relations
Officer, Logistics Command, NAF, Joel Abioye, said Shuaibu suffered for
breaking the rule and seeking to use his position to outsmart the
officers.
