Family frantic as 65-year-old pilot goes missing


 A 65-year-old pilot, Captain Charles has been plunged his family into worry and anxiety, following his disappearance over a week ago.

Charles’ daughter Susan Ntanyi, in a message shared on social media, with phone numbers, urged members of the report to the nearest police station if the sighted the missing man.

Speaking with our correspondent, Ntanyi said that her father left home to visit somebody on September 14, and had since not returned home.

According to her, “my father was seen last Thursday around 8:30 pm at Fatgbems bus stop, OPIC, after Ojodu Berger bus stop. He is a retired. He was wearing a cream coloured shirt on a carton green trouser on the day he left home.”

She further said: “He is of 1.55 metres in height, with a bald head. He speaks English, Efik/Ibibio and Ejagam Language.” 

Another member of the family, called on the number displayed, said they were in a meeting and was yet to report the matter to the police.
