A father
lost his temper and beat his four-year-old daughter to death three
months after being granted custody of her, a court has heard.
Carl
Wheatley, 31, is accused of killing Alexa-Marie Quinn after allegedly
subjecting her to 'sustained, persistent hard hitting'.
He
had been granted custody of the little girl only three months earlier
after convincing social workers he could look after her, St Albans Crown
Court was told today.
