One dies as fire engulfs passengers in Lagos
A passenger died and many sustained varying degrees of burnt after a nine-seater bus, conveying passengers from the Lagos Island to the Mainland suddenly went up in flames today.
The bus was said to have exploded at the Costain area, bordering between the Island and Mainland axis, engulfing passengers in fire. The cause of the explosion is yet unknown.
Screams of pains filled the air before passers bye came to rescue the passengers.
The passengers were rescued, but all sustained varying degrees of burns. One was said to have died on the way to the hospital.
