Robbery suspect shoots gang leader

Police in Enugu State have apprehended a notorious armed robbery suspect, Afam Omoba alias Obosi, who had been on the police wanted list.

 Omoba was arrested after he was shot by a member of his own gang who missed his target during an operation in Eziobodo, Amechi Idodo near the state capital.
The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Ebere Amaraizu, confirmed the suspect’s arrest.
