Millions of naira lost as Petals cosmetics is razed

The popular Petals Cosmetic, a multi-million company has been razed by fire. The fire started in the wee hours of Tuesday. 
The cosmetic manufacturing company is located at Ile Epo Oja, Oke Odo market, in Lagos State.
Chemical worth millions of naira perished in the inferno, including finished products like hair Relaxers.
The company, Franem Industries, situated at 10 / 12 Old Ota Road.
The fire, might lead to unemployment of several staff, which are under the pay roll of the manufacturing company.
It was gather that the fire started from the company’s three storey building warehouse, where chemicals and hair relaxer were stored.
Though fire fighter tried to control the raging fire, but they were unsuccessful until around 1 O' clock in the afternoon of Tuesday
The fire had at that time completely destroyed the larger part of the three storey building store and parts of a nearby building
The spokesperson of the National Emergency Management Agency, Ibrahim Farinloye, said the cause of the fire was still being investigated. He added that the fire started around 1:30am.
