Man gets 40 knives removed from stomach

A man in India gobbled 40 knives because he enjoyed the taste of metal – and needed an emergency operation to save his life.

The unidentified 42-year-old father of two spent two months ingesting a smorgasbord of cutting instruments, including seven-inch folding knives, some of which he opened before swallowing them.
“He had a wild urge to consume metal.
