Elder brother of a 19-year-old boy, Joshua Bello, whose body was pulled out of a swimming pool in a residential building on Sunday at Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, Lagos, yesterday denied allegation that the deceased was drunk. Michael Bello told our correspondent on the phone that Joshua was a teetotal.

A security guard at the house, which is now being used for parties, had told our correspondent that Joshua was drunk before he dived into the swimming pool. The security guard, who refused to disclose his name, told our correspondent that after the deceased got drunk he started misbehaving but was called to order by the person who invited him to the event. He said: “On that fateful day, when the deceased started misbehaving, the person who brought him cautioned him and ordered him to leave the premises with his co-workers, but the boy later returned and went to the back of the house.https://newtelegraphonline.com/19-year-old-boys-death-at-pool-joshua-wasnt-drunk-brother/
