A member of Plateau State House of Assembly, representing Riyom constituency, Honourable Daniel Dem, said the pattern of the killings was not diffrent from the previous ones, adding that those behind the act were the same set of people that had been troubling the local government.
Honourable Dem, who appealed for calm, enjoined the people of the local govenment to be more vigilant and should not over-rely on the security men posted to the area, adding the people needed to brace up and not be carried away by the Christmas and New Year festive mood.
When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abuh Emmanuel,  said that he was yet to get the details of the attack and promised to get back.
