The 183 cadets of the EFCC’s Detective Inspector Course 4, that recently graduated at the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, have commenced the orientation and re-orientation process, at the EFCC Academy, in Karu, Abuja.

Babashani Umar Sanda, the Academy’s Acting Head of Legal Studies, who represented Dr. David Tukur, Commandant of the Academy, at the
commencement of the program, January 25, 2018, welcomed the Officers on behalf of Ibrahim Magu, the Acting EFCC Chairman.

“Discipline is the bedrock of our profession in the EFCC and I hereby advise you to take it very seriously by obeying orders and show respect to your seniors and instructors,” he said.

He further urged them to do the right thing at all times “just as the Chairman has always directed, so that you do not cut short your stay here at the Academy and at the Commission”.

According to Ayo Fadahunsi, co-coordinator of the orientation course, they “shall remain at the Academy for four weeks during which they shall be integrated into operations of the EFCC”.
