A 45-year-old man, Mr Udoh Moses, was arraigned yesterday before an Ogba Magistrate’s Court, sitting in Lagos State for allegedly defiling his 15-year-old daughter in 2013.

Folashade, told the court that the accused, residing at No 45, Osundiya Street Merian, Lagos State, defiled his daughter, when she was 15 years old by inserting his manhood into her vagina.
Folashade said that the accused committed an offence punishable under section 137 of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2015. The accused, however, pleaded not guilty.
The Magistrate, Mr. T.O. Shomade, denied the accused bail and adjourned the case till February 26, 2018.
