Pregnant housewife dies in hotel room

A seven-month-old pregnant married woman has died in a hotel room in Ontitsha, Anambra State, after a marathon sex with her lover. 

It was gathered that the hotel staff noticed that the man was making a suspicious movement yesterday morning. They rushed to the room where they discovered the woman’s body.
It was also learnt that the woman arrived the hotel after the suspect, now in police custody, called her on the telephone. At press time, the identity of the deceased could not be ascertained. But some people suggested that the lovers might have been going out for several months before the incident.
When contacted, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of the Inland Town Police Division, Onitsha, Mr Cosmas Eze, refused to talk on the incident. He referred our correspondent to the Area Commander, ACP Benjamin Wordu, for clarifications. Confirming the incident, Wordu said investigation was on going to unravel the circumstances that led to the woman’s death.
Also, the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr Uche Eze, said the command received the report of the incident.
