The outgone Commissioner
of Police (CP), Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command, Mr. Alkali
Usman, Wednesday announced the arrest of a suspected killer of former
Nigeria’s Ambassador to South Africa, Mr. Sunday Yusuf.
Usman, who has been
promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector-General (AIG) of Police,
made the disclosure Wednesday in Abuja, at a handover ceremony to his
successor, Mr. Muhammed Mustapha, at the Command Headquarters in Abuja.
This was as he also
noted that the Command had yet to “break through” with the case of the
murder of a pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in
Abuja, Deaconess Eunice Olawale.
