PSC APPROVES NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR NIGERIA POLICE FORCE, APPOINTS SEVEN (7) DIGS, FORCE SECRETARY

The Police Service Commission has approved a new Management Team for the Nigeria Police Force.

The Commission today, Monday, July 4^th 2016, approved the appointment of seven (7) Deputy Inspectors-General of Police to man the seven Management Departments of the Force.

Appointment to the various Departments are:

i.                    AIG Shuaibu Gambo                   - DIG, Department of Finance and

  Administration

ii.                  CP Joshak Habila               - DIG, Department of Operations

iii.                CP Maigari Abbati Dikko   - DIG, Department of Logistics and Supply

iv.               CP H. M. Dagala                - DIG, Department of FCIID

v.                 CP Emmanuel T. Inyang    - DIG, Department of Training and

  Development

vi.               CP Ntom Chukwu              - DIG, Department of Research and

  Planning

vii.             CP Folusho A. Adebanjo    - DIG Department of ICT and

viii.           CP Abdul Bube                  - AIG Force Secretary

The Commission has conveyed this approval to the Inspector-General of Police for implementation.

The Honourable Chairman, Sir (Dr.) Mike M. Okiro said the officers’ promotion letters will follow in due course.
