200 prisoners as gunmen again attack prison facility

Over 200 prison inmates at the state Maximum Prison, Minna, were set free after gunmen attacked the facility.

The gunmen believed to be over 10 in number, shot the prison warders on duty before freeing the inmates.
It was gathered that some of the warders who were momentarily shocked, regain their wits and engaged the gunmen in gun duel.
The bandits also escorted those freed and snatched vehicles to aid in their escape.
A few days ago, I noted in this blog, that I perceived an organised raid on prison facilities across the nation. Well, this is not a random attack. It’s a cordinated attack on prison facilities.
Prison officials should begin to beef security in their domains. They need to begin to secure thier own lives too.
