Justice James Tsoho, of an Abuja High Court, has finally ended the
ordeal of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi
Kanu, in the hands of the Department of State Services (DSS) by ordering
he be sent to prison.
The order was given Wednesday at the behest of Kanu’s counsel, Chief
Chuks Muomah, who asked that his client be transferred to prison,
because he was unable to gain easy access to him while he is with the
DSS.
Until now, Kanu had remained in the custody of the Department of
State Services since he was arrested late last year for allegedly
incitement against the Federal Government through his Biafra Radio.
