Police sergeant dies after sex with colleague’s wife

A sergeant, attached to Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS), Lagos State Police Command, has died in a hotel room after sex with his colleague's wife.

The Sergeant, Jude Nwadudu, a father of four, died in hotel room located at Iju-Ishagar area of Lagos.

The sergeant was said to have gone to the hotel with his mistress, a married woman, when he met his untimely death. The woman and the sergeant reside in the same barrack. The lovers both know each other’s spouses.
Nwadudu, on Saturday, during the Easter holidays went with his mistress to the hotel to have a nice time.
Moments after sex with the woman, the deceased went to into the bathroom and collapsed. But another version of the story insisted that Nwadudu went into the bathroom to freshen up, slipped on tiles floor and hit his head on the floor.
One consistent point however was that Nwadudu collapsed and became unconscious. This prompted the mistress to raise the alarm.
The sergeant was rushed to the first hospital, but referred to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idia-Arab, and Mushin, Lagos, where he eventually died on Easter Sunday.
The mistress was said to have been invited for questioning and released after her statement was taken.

Sergeant, whose wife is also a woman police, was recently transferred to FSARS from Kogi State.
He was among the policemen that battled cross-border armed robbers last week at Seme, leading to the death of six suspected robbers.  He was described as gentle, easy going and respectful.
