A woman who is afraid of
contracting the deadly Ebola virus, yesterday angrily smashed a beer bottle on
a man's head for hugging her at the Ajah area of Lagos State.
The woman identified as
Bunmi was said to have been angry when her friend, Ademola Ojikutu who grabbed
her from behind without her consent.
Bunmi’s sister, Yemi said
that her sister was afraid of contracting Ebola and had since refused to shake hands
with anybody, including family members.
Yemi said: “I was
discussing with Bunmi at Ilaje area in Ajah when Ojikutu playfully grabbed her
from behind. Bunmi got angry and picked a bottle from a nearby beer parlour and
smashed it on his head. Blood gushed out from his head and people had to rush
him to a nearby hospital in the area.”
Yemi said she was not
happy about what her sister did, adding that Ojikutu was wrong for grabbing her
sister from behind when she was not his lover.
