Mba hands over as FPRO, becomes area commander

Mba’s successor, Ojukwu was once the FPRO during the administration of Ogbonnaya Onovo. He studied Psychology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he got his B.Sc. and also went to University of Lagos for his Masters’ programme.

A letter of appreciation made available to NT, Mba descried Ojukwu as, “well grounded in the field of public relations.”
He added: “All through these past two and half years, my office has been burdened with the mounting responsibilities and tremendous challenges of improving the image of the Nigeria Police Force and brining the force closer to the people. These tasks become even more complex in the face of the ferocious threat of terrorism. In all these, I have reasonable cause to thank God and indeed show appreciation to supportive organisations and to individual like you for playing significant roles in the modest successes recorded in managing the image of the largest security agency in Nigeria.”
