Should Bill Cosby pay $100 million to victims who alleged he raped them as demanded by their lawyer?

From right, Allred with a victim

Attorney Gloria Allred, the lawyer who always seems to be around and available when Bill Cosby’s alleged victims’ pop up, has demanded that the comedian  should put $100 million in a fund for his accusers and let a panel of retired judges determine the truth about the claims.
I ask myself: Has these dramas and accusations of being raped by Bill Cosby been all money then?

Why are all the victims gravitating towards Allred? Are there no other lawyers in that country?
The attorney called on Cosby to either set aside the money or agree to waive the statute of limitations as a legal defense, which would allow the women to pursue lawsuits against him.
"Justice demands accountability," Allred said. "We challenge Mr. Cosby to end this nightmare. ... We look forward to his response."
Allred said more than 20 women have come forward making allegations of sexual assault against the comedian. Many of them, she said, have contacted her.
I’m not saying Bill Cosby is innocent, especially in view of the number of women who had stepped out to accuse him of rape.
But money popping in the equation right now begins to make me wonder, if Allred has been busy, digging out these victims. Does she have a grudge against Bill Cosby? Perhaps she was drugged and raped by Bill Cosby too?
