No fewer than 13 persons have feared dead when suspected
AK-47-wielding Fulani mercenaries invaded some Agatu communities at
Odeni Magaji in Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.
The incident, which occurred Sunday morning, also saw a number of houses burnt and about a thousand people displaced.
One of the victims who escaped during the attack, Honourable Isaiah
Agah, told New Telegraph by telephone, Tuesday that the armed Fulanis
invaded their community shooting people at sight and also set houses on
fire.
