A Federal High Court in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, yesterday adjourned
the trial of Yunusa Dahiru aka Yellow, the alleged abductor of
14-year-old Ese Oruru, till May 12.
Dahiru was granted bail in the sum
of N3 million about one month ago but he is yet to perfect his bail
conditions. One of the conditions is for him to provide two sureties one
of who must be a level 12 officer with a title holder.
However, Ese’s counsel still prayed that her evidence be taken in the secret.
