Four men, including a deaf and dumb man, have been arrested
for allegedly beating a female scrap dealer to death at Ubulu-Uku community,
Aniocha South Council Area of Delta State.
The four men, described as youths of Ubulu-Uku

woman for allegedly vandalising an electric wire in the community.

youths that carried out the murder. The police have also arrested the driver,
who used his car to convey the youths to where the woman was attacked and
killed.
The woman, whose identity is yet unknown, was
murdered by the youths after they chased the lorry conveying her and her goods
to Obior in Aniocha North Council Area.
They held her hostage and accused her of damaging an
