A pastor has disclosed how some robbers stormed his house/ church at Elemoro Ibeju/Lekki area of Lagos State, tied him up and used his vehicle to cart away his property.

The pastor, popularly known as Prophet Enock Apata of the Church Vineyard Deliverance Ministry, located at Oribawa Phase 2, Ibeju, said he had never experienced robbery until that fateful day last year.
Investigation shows that the gang invaded Apata’s church when members had just ended a Friday vigil.
The four robbery suspects were arrested this year by operatives of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSAS), Abuja.
The suspects were alleged to be those terrorising Elemoro and Abijo town in Ibeju/Lekki area of the Lagos metropolis.
Apata said he had been living in the area in the past 20 years. He said: “I thank God that no member of my family or church was hurt during their operation.
I heard a loud bang on the window from the guest room. I dashed out of my room to find out the cause of the noise. I was shocked to see a gun pointed at me.
The robbers tied me with a rope. They held my wife and attempted to tie her. They, however, had a change of heart. They demanded for the original documents of my black Toyota Prado Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) with registration number: KRD 766 DL.
“They carried my flat screen television, three laptops, I-pad, handsets, shoes and money. They packed all into the jeep and compelled my wife to open the gate.
They zoomed off. I reported the incident at Elemoro Police Station. They were able to recover the jeep on Badagry Expressway.” It was gathered that the operatives, acting on a tip-off, stormed the suspects’ hideout at Abijo and Elemoro, where the gang leader, Kola Lawal, was arrested.
