Worried sick family members of an
undergraduate who planned her own kidnap, along with her boyfriend, were
devastated after they learnt the truth from the police.
The lady, Belynda Chinwe Bosa,25, of Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka, pretended she was kidnapped and demanded N10 million ransom from her hapless, worried sick parents.
Police said that when the parents, thinking they were dealing with heartless kidnappers, had begged for the ransom to be reduced, Bosa and her boyfriend, George Itietie, of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, had grudgingly asked them to pay N5 million.
The desperate managed to cough up N500,000 and pay it into an Ecobank account before the law caught up with the lovers who were already celebrating and lodging in a hotel.

I should start by commending the Police for a job well done; for Belynda and her boy friend George who swindled and break the heart of their parents, their children shall pay them in their own coins.
My dear Paul, I'm truly shocked at the kind of children we have these days. why would a girl want to steal from her own parents and cause them great anxiety? what about if either of her parents had slumped and died in shock over her kidnap?
