Stupidity of Jonathan, Buhari's pact on non-violent poll

Election violence in NigeriaWhen I first heard of the pact, I laughed. How will these desperate men, politicians, political party candidates ensure that their supporters keep to the agreement?

Are they going to jettison their campaigns and begin monitoring the nefarious activities of their supporters?
I doubt it.
So, blood will  flow!
Does President Goodluck Jonathan of PDP and General Muhammadu Buhari of APC, even know the number of the supporters they have?
And how do we know this silly pact is not just a lip service?
After all, it not a mutual agreement. It was APC that initiated it. This however doesn't mean APC supporters had been guiltless in the mayhem we've been witnessing.
Jonathan and Buhari had even hugged to show good faith, but believe me, if a hug can kill, both men would have died.
Since the campaign started, I've heard too many diatribes to believe in the charade of a hug.

According to Williams Shakespeare, there's no art, to know the mind's construction from the face.

It's sickening. Personally, I don't care about both men, but the electorates. The electorates should begin to think of ways to secure themselves when the troubles begin.
What has been happening-setting ablaze of Jonathan's campaign buses and Bombing of APC secretariat, amongst others-is just a rehearsal to the imperial bloody act that would soon unfold.
The onion is on security agents, especially the police to protect the people.
Many people are likely to be disenfranchised because of fear of a bloodbath. And there are still brave electorates, who would want to go to the polling booths at all cost.
These electorates should be protected at all cost by the police.
Some of these 'supporters' have been promised so many things, if their candidates win.
Many of them have started dreaming how to spend and attain those promised wealth, contract and Oil blocs.
They will do anything and everything to enthrone their candidate.
To hell with non-violent poll signed pact! The Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba, should be at alert.
