Bill Cosby sued over alleged sexual assault at Playboy Mansion in 2008

A model who has accused Bill Cosby of drugging her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 has sued the comedian for sexual assault.

Chloe Goins filed the lawsuit in US district court in Los Angeles on Tuesday, seeking punitive damages for a variety of problems she says she has endured since the incident, including mental anguish, loss of self-esteem and dignity.
Cosby’s attorney, Marty Singer, did not immediately return an email message seeking comment. He has previously denied Goins’s accusations and denied Cosby was in town on the date one of the model’s lawyers has said the incident occurred.
Goins’s lawsuit does not specify a date when the incident occurred, reports The Associated Press.
Her suit states she awoke to find Cosby biting her toes and the 78-year-old comedian left the room when he realized she was awake.
