Court adjourns TB Joshua case till Dec 11

The court case of TB Joshua and trustees of his church has been postponed to December 11, court officials have told the BBC.

The pastor was due to appear at the High Court in the commercial capital, Lagos, over the collapse in September 2014 of a six-storey building owned by the church. However, he was not present in court.
The disaster led to the deaths of 116 people.
Lagos State Governor Akinwumi Ambode had announced over the weekend that the popular Nigerian televangelist would be in court on Monday to face trial over the incident.
