Court remands man who killed his friend with pestle

For allegedly killing his friend with pestle in Alade-Idanre in Idanre Local Government Area of Ondo State, a Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Akure, the State capital Thursday remanded in prison custody one Francis Gabriel.

Gabriel, 26 was accused by the Police for allegedly killing one Henry Aliso who was reported to be his friend. The cause of the fued was, however, not disclosed by the charge sheet.
The accused slammed with one-count charge of murder for allegedly hitting the deceased with pestle on the head during a fight that ensued between them at Market road, Alade Idanre in Idanre Local Government Area of the State on October, 20, 2015.
The Police Prosecutor,  Martins Olowofeso, an Inspector of Police told the court that the accused person hit the deceased with pestle on the head thereby caused his (deceased) death.http://newtelegraphonline.com/court-remands-man-who-killed-his-friend-with-pestle/
